The Longest Johns are a British folk musical group from Bristol. They have been singing shanties & folk songs together for years. It wouldn’t be theobvious path to stardom for most bands but something about the stories, captivating harmonies& exuberant live show has made them a ‘must-see act’. As the face of the sea shanty revival with ‘Wellerman‘, the Johns are reaching millions of new fans all across the globe. Calan:
Calan is a five-piece revivalist traditional Welsh band, joining the Johns for this special concert. Voted Wales’ Best Band, this folk supergroup brings infectious rhythms and high voltage routines. Expect fiddles, accordions, guitars, soaring harmonies and a performance full of raw excitement.
