Adam Gallacher - Deputy CEO
My career has been driven by a deep passion for making culture accessible, meaningful, and impactful. Whether through leading creative programmes, securing investment, or developing strategies to support organisational growth, I have consistently focused on harnessing the power of the arts to foster positive change.
I was first introduced to Trinity in 2017 when the company I was working for presented a powerful theatrical adaptation of Ken Loach's Cathy Come Home - a timely reflection on the social and personal impact of spiralling housing costs and the risk of homelessness faced by so many.
In 2018, my family and I moved to Bristol to be closer to relatives. After a few conversations with Emma, I was offered business development consultancy work. Five years later, I’m now the Deputy CEO, a role I find incredibly fulfilling, rewarding, and one that aligns with my passion for the arts and my drive to make a tangible difference to people through the arts - whether as a participant or audience member.
In the last three years, as we’ve emerged from the challenges of the pandemic, we’ve grown significantly. Our team is filled with passion and drive, we have a deeply rooted and impactful arts programme, alongside an incredible music offer that celebrates diverse genres, local talent, and the richness of culture in all its forms.
I believe creativity has the unique ability to bring people together, create lasting connections, and drive meaningful transformation. This is what drives me every day.
