Free Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.

2. The prize draw is being run by Trinity Community Arts Ltd (TCA) registered charity number 1144770.

3. The prize draw is free to enter.

4. Eligibility to enter the prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age, living in the UK.

5. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.

6. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

7. TCA reserves the right to disqualify competition entries where the above conditions are not met.

How to enter

8. Entrants can submit their details to enter the draw up to 9am 15 June 2020.

9. Entries after that time and date will not be included in the draw.

10. To enter the prize draw, follow the instructions on Trinity's website.

11. TCA will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

The prize

12. The prize will be one Minirig, featuring Trinity artwork, designed by Adam Menzies.

13. TCA’s use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.

14. The winner will be drawn at random.

15. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

16. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value, if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

17. The decision of TCA regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement

18. The winner will be notified after 20 June 2020 via the email or phone number provided during subscription.

19. The winner's first name and location will be announced in a news item on our website.

20. TCA will attempt to contact the winner by email/phonecall up to two times.

21. If the winner does not respond to the communication notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email/phonecall, they will lose their right to the prize and TCA reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner also selected at random.

Receipt of the prize

22. Prize will be delivered to a UK address only, by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

23. Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize.

24. Alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made, through mutual agreement.

Data protection and publicity

25. You consent to your name, contact information and location provided on entering the prize draw being used by TCA for the purposes of administering the prize draw.

26. The winner agrees to the release of their first name and location being announced as the winner of the prize draw.

27. Personal information provided as part of the survey and competition entry will be used for those purposes as defined within our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

28. TCA does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize.

29. TCA does not provide any form of practical or IT or technical support for this prize.

30. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.

31. TCA reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

32. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
