  • Remember, this is a typical example of a question where there is no one correct answer.

  • Employers are looking for you to be calm, focused and able to react well in any given situation.

  • The employer is more interested in whether you have developed strategies for coping under pressure rather than in what these strategies are.

  • Give examples of situations where you have been under pressure and ways in which you have positively handled it.

  • Try to avoid clichés - saying that you really love or thrive under pressure, or that you are used to having to constantly work under pressure, may leave employers wondering whether you are only able to be reactive rather than proactive, causing yourself more pressure as a result.
